Native New Yorker Catherine Menichino has been immersed in the world of Manhattan real estate for twenty years, assisting clients find the homes of their dreams. After mentoring under some of New York’s most esteemed real estate agents, including working with Samantha Reiss for a majority of those years, she joined the Compass team and has continued her successful career. Today, Catherine focuses mainly on the Upper West Side, feeling at home amongst the neighborhood’s tree-lined streets and gorgeous, historic architecture. 
 
With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Catherine is armed with fabulous people skills, an outgoing personality, and a drive to work diligently and help others. She enjoys touring beautiful homes for sale and matching them with her clients’ needs, helping them fulfill their dreams and wish lists. Over the years, Catherine’s clients have consistently described her as efficient, capable, and kind, and are impressed with her ability to impart a tremendous degree of Manhattan real estate knowledge, as well as admiring her skills and wherewithal to facilitate sales. She is also an adept negotiator, able to promptly communicate with clients and advocate tirelessly for them. In addition to her real estate selling acumen, Catherine is also the manager of Samantha Reiss’ West Side Advisory Team.
 
When she is not at the office, Catherine enjoys pursuing other real estate-related interests, including working on her own personal real estate investment portfolio, renovating, decorating, and staging. She loves to spend time with her two children, and can often be found doing yoga, communing with nature, honing her palate at new restaurants, and traveling.
