Samantha Reiss is, truly, the best real estate agent out there. You would be incredibly lucky to be represented by her and her team. I have bought and sold multiple properties and will only work with Samantha as either a Seller or a Buyer. She is honest, always available, kind, moral and unbelievably knowledgeable of the market. She will give you the truthful guidance you need. She makes sure she understands what you need and knows that her job is to represent you. She is savvy enough to know how to work with other agents, but does so in a way that you know you will be protected. I trust her judgement, and the judgement of the team that she has surrounded herself with, implicitly. I have witnessed other agents working with family members and have been astonished at how good Samantha is compared to these others. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone in need of an NYC real estate agent. I would give her 100 stars if I could.
